2. Primary purpose

The purpose of creating a personal account is to generate a unique customer identifier for purchasing products or services available on Casa Natura Design, S.L. company website.  Data Controllers will process your data when managing the purchase of requested products.

Data Controllers will process your data when managing the purchase of products that they are selling, including distance selling and handling of shipments and returns, as well as when channelling requests for information, suggestions and customer complaints.  Your data will be held for as long as there is a mutual interest in a single record being held, or until you exercise your right to remove it or limit processing thereof.

3. Other purposes

Data Controllers may send promotional correspondence regarding their products and services (retail, wholesale, etc.) via all available channels (including electronic means); these may be of a general nature or tailored to your personal characteristics and interests, which we ascertain through a commercial profile. This profile is based on the information you provide and through automated processing, and we are authorised to use it until consent is withdrawn. Additionally, said information may be used for market research and commercial research purposes, reports on consumption habits, statistical data and market trends, including service improvement surveys.

The legal grounds for processing your data in order to create a personal account is granted by entering the digital account registration contract, whereby you accept the terms and conditions that are displayed on the website and you are thus able to use the available services.
The sending of promotional correspondence for products, as well as the setting up of commercial profiles is dependent on the consent requested using the relevant checkboxes; withdrawal of this consent has no bearing whatsoever on entering the website personal account contract.
